Our process is simple, yet powerful. We start by first “pre-vacuuming” the entire area to eliminate surface level dust and dirt, just like you might do already, but with a more powerful commercial grade machine. Next, we spray the area with a “pre-cleaning” solution and allow it to soak into the fibres of your carpet. Then, we rinse the area using a high-powered machine designed to extract all dirt, grime, and unwanted particles. After that, we treat any remaining stains or spots that we see. Lastly, we “groom” the carpet to give it that professional looking edge. Once this is all completed, we are able to apply a fibre protector at your request, and would be more than happy to do so. Once this process is fully completed, we move and replace your furniture on foam blocks or furniture protectors so that your carpet can dry completely.
